A set-up:- adjust truss-rod, bridge height, nut slot depths and intonation (string length) for true notes and easy action
A full service:- set-up plus condition of all mechanical and electrical components.
A fret dress:- level, re-crown and polish the frets + set-up. (This gets rid of all that nasty fret-wear thats spoiling your sound and intonation).
A re-fret:- does what it says on the label; remove frets (very, very carefully!), recondition fret slots and fret-board where neccessary and if advisable, install new frets, level and recrown; polish fret-board.
A finger-board skim:- for fretless instruments; level and polish playing surface, oil-finish where appropriate.
Oil-finish:- remove all lacquers, varnishes, paint and stuff you wouldnt believe, polish surface to twelve thousand grade (very shiny indeed) and apply up to seven coats of "Tru-oil" gunstock oil for a super-lightweight, super-tough finish that sits just on and just under the surface, bringing out every nuance of the grain. Gorgeous and improves the response of soundboards!
Damaged timbers can always be repaired (please keep and provide all fragments) often in less time than you might think.
Damaged finishes can usually be repaired but often take more time than you might think.

Prices for all the above vary from the "how does he do it?" to the "how much?!" (chair and cup of tea provided with the latter). This allows me to fix-up Junior's old wreck or a pensioner's old faithful or to take all the time and care required by your 1959 Les Paul with the lovely tiger-stripe.

So what are you waiting for to get in touch? Hmm?
